Vision
I will work diligently with fellow council members, city staff and the community to make Poway better. There will continue to be local and regional issues that impact us. Local civic involvement must be vigorous and our political leadership and decision making must be done in a responsible manner.

Ever mindful of this reality, here are a few items that are important to our quality of life that I fully support:

  • Law enforcement, fire department services and emergency medical first responders
  • City infrastructure upgrades and ongoing maintenance
  • Water conservation programs such as the 20 gallon challenge program
  • Local businesses and the "Poway, Your First Choice" Program
  • More partnerships with Palomar Pomerado Health, school district and Poway Chamber of Commerce
  • Family related community activities/events, improved recreation areas and open space preservation
  • Efforts being used to maintain Poway's financial stability
